Single-session therapy is available if you have a specific issue that can be explored in a focused way in one session. The aim is to help you gain an understanding of your issue and work out strategies to help you move on.

Single Session Therapy

You will be asked to complete and return a brief 'Pre-Session Questionnaire' to help you prepare for the session. The session lasts for up to 90 minutes. At the end of the session, you will leave with a plan to implement what you learned in the session. If you need more sessions, this is available, however, you are encouraged to implement the plan from your single-session therapy and see what happens prior to booking more sessions.
